Our family-run business was started by Kayleigh Rapson in 2021. After the birth of her son, Kayleigh asked her sister in law, Emma , to help her with all things behind the scenes.
Kayleigh is a qualified teacher and holds a Master's degree in early years education. She has worked closely with schools, families and local authorities to ensure exceptional education for all children and young people.
Emma has extensive management experience and uses this to ensure that the business is efficient and forward moving. She is also a mother to four children so understands the need for inspiring and revolutionary responses to education.
Leigh Collin joined the team as the deputy manager in 2023. Leigh also holds a Master's degree in early years and has a wealth of experience in working with local education and childcare settings for improvement.
