At Worthing Learning Hub we provide a calm, nurturing and flexible learning environment where children and young people can feel safe, understood and able to thrive. We work with learners who may not flourish in mainstream education, including those who are neurodivergent, home educated, or re-engaging with learning after difficult experiences.

Our work has shaped the way we support children, young people and their families, placing trust, relationships and emotional safety at the heart of everything we do. We recognise that many learners think, communicate and engage with the world differently and we see this difference as a strength, not a barrier. Our experienced educators adapt learning to the individual rather than expecting the child to adapt to the system. 

Sessions are designed to be low-pressure, inclusive and responsive, supporting neurodivergent learners to build confidence, develop life skills and achieve meaningful academic progress at their own pace.

We are committed to ensuring every child — regardless of ability, background or learning profile — feels valued, supported and empowered to reach their potential.
